Hollaback! HALIFAX offers a supportive space for you to describe your experiences with street harassment, but we understand that these experiences can affect us far beyond the moment they happen, or even the moment we write them down.
Whether you’ve been a target of street harassment, you’ve witnessed it, or you simply want to know more, we want to help. We’re putting together a list of local resources that we hope will be of use.

Offers services in the Halifax Regional Municipality for those affected by sexual violence, with primary emphasis on support, education, counselling and advocacy.

A volunteer driven, student funded, gender inclusive safe space for all members of the Dalhousie/King’s community. Formerly known as the Dalhousie Women’s Centre.

Saint Mary’s University Women’s Centre
Offers free resources, advocacy, referrals, and unique feminist programming.

A student initiative dedicated to promoting gender equity.
